London View Chambers offers transparent, fixed-fee pricing for Direct Access clients. All fees are confirmed in writing before any work begins, so you will always know exactly what you are paying.
Fees vary depending on the complexity of your matter and the experience required. All fees exclude VAT where applicable. A client care letter will be provided at the outset of every instruction.

| Civil — Small Claims Trial | £500 – £1,500 |
| Civil — Fast Track Trial | £750 – £2,500 |
| Civil — Multi Track Trial | From £1,500 |
| Family Hearings (Directions, FHDRA, First Appointment) | £500 – £1,250 |
| Family Final Hearings | £1,000 – £4,000 |
Hourly rates range from £150 to £450 per hour depending on the nature and complexity of the matter.
How Fees Work
- All fees are agreed and confirmed in writing before work begins
- A client care letter is provided at the outset of every case
- Fixed fees are used wherever possible — no hidden costs
- Payment is required before work commences
- Disbursements (court fees, interpreter costs, expert reports) are charged separately at cost
