EUSS
The EU Settlement Scheme provides a route for EU, EEA, and Swiss citizens and their family members who were resident in the UK before the end of the transition period on 31 December 2020 to secure their immigration status. Those who had completed five years of continuous residence by that date are eligible for settled status, while those with less than five years qualify for pre-settled status.
We assist with initial applications for settled and pre-settled status, as well as with applications to convert pre-settled status to settled status once the qualifying period has been completed. We also advise on complex cases, including those involving non-EEA family members, applications made after the 30 June 2021 deadline where reasonable grounds for delay exist, and cases where the Home Office has made an adverse decision on eligibility or continuous residence.
If your application has been refused or your status has been revoked, we can advise on your options, including administrative review and appeals to the First-tier Tribunal.
