About LVC
London View Chambers is a specialist barristers chambers based in London. We were established to provide high quality, accessible legal services to individuals, families and businesses. Immigration law has always been at the heart of what we do. We have since expanded to cover civil litigation, family and children law, and public law. Our barristers are authorised for Direct Access — meaning you can instruct us directly, without needing a solicitor.
Immigration at Our Core
Immigration law remains at the heart of what we do. It is where we began, and it continues to define us. Whether it is preparing a Home Office application, challenging a refusal, or representing clients before the Immigration Tribunal, Upper Tribunal, Court of Appeal, and higher courts, we handle it all.
We advise individuals, families, and businesses across the full spectrum of UK immigration matters. That includes entry clearance, visa applications, sponsor licences, indefinite leave to remain, citizenship, deportation, bail, and appeals. Much of our work sits at the intersection of immigration and public law, particularly where human rights, asylum claims, and judicial review are involved.
Beyond Immigration
Our practice has grown beyond immigration. Today, we also offer specialist expertise across personal injury, credit hire, civil litigation and family law. Our members regularly appear in the High Court, County Court, and other UK jurisdictions, handling complex disputes with the same depth of experience and client focused approach that defines our immigration work.
What sets us apart is that we do not just specialise; we understand how different areas of law intersect. A client who comes to us with an immigration matter may later need help with an employment issue or a commercial dispute. We are able to provide that continuity, offering seamless advice across multiple practice areas without the need to refer elsewhere.
How We Work
We are barristers. We prepare cases, draft detailed submissions, and appear in court. We accept instructions directly from members of the public through our direct access scheme, as well as from solicitors and other professional clients. Whether you come to us yourself or through a lawyer, you will receive the same level of expertise and personal attention.
But above all, we aim to be the chambers that remembers who you are.
