Mashood Iqbal is a barrister with over two decades of practice in England & Wales and internationally. - R v Secretary of State for the Home Department ex p Saha [2017] All ER (D) 111 (Jan)
A judicial review challenge to the Secretary of State’s refusal to grant leave to remain based on allegations of TOEIC/ETS deception. The case focused on the evidential burden and legal standards applicable to allegations of fraud in immigration decisions.
